David J. Dzuricky

DAVID J. DZURICKY is Senior Vice President, Finance and CFO at
Piedmont Natural Gas Co., Inc., in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Prior to joining Piedmont, he was Vice President and Treasurer of
Consolidated Natural Gas Company headquartered in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania. He previously held the positions of Vice President,
Corporate Planning for Consolidated; Vice President, Planning and
Information Systems and Treasurer for CNG Transmission
Corporation; and Vice President, Treasurer and Controller for
Virginia Natural Gas. Mr. Dzuricky obtained his Bachelor’s degree
in Marketing from Syracuse University and his MBA in Finance from
the University of Pittsburgh. He currently serves on the Board of
Directors of SouthStar Energy Services and is a member of the
Finance Committee of the American Gas Association. He has
previously served on the Board of Directors of the Southeastern
Gas Association.
