David G. Gaw

DAVID G. GAW became Senior Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer and Treasurer of Heritage Property Investment Trust,
Inc., in April 2001, and was involved in the company’s Initial
Public Offering in April of 2002. Mr. Gaw was previously Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Boston Properties,
Inc., a publicly-traded office REIT.
