David Evans

DAVID EVANS is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of the RS
MicroCap Growth Fund and small cap growth separate accounts. Prior to
joining the firm, Mr. Evans was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager
for the CIGNA Aggressive Growth Fund, as well as Manager for CIGNA’s
aggressive growth separate account relationships. While at CIGNA, he
also spent several years as a Research Analyst for aerospace, defense,
technology and electronics companies. Mr. Evans earned a BA in History
from Muskingum College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of
the University of Pennsylvania.
