David C. Kahn

DAVID C. KAHN is Managing Director for the Portfolio
Management/Private Client Group and Portfolio Construction
Committee (PCC) for Roxbury Capital Management, LLC. Roxbury’s
PCC is a subset of Roxbury Investment Committee, responsible for
Large Cap Portfolio sector allocation, portfolio constructions
and benchmark analysis. Mr. Kahn has responsibility for managing
Large Cap Core Growth, Focus Equity and Balanced Portfolios for
institutional and Private Client Group (PGG) clients. He is a
member of the firm’s Management Committee, which develops
corporate policy and guides the strategic direction of Roxbury.
Prior to joining the firm in 1994, Mr. Kahn was a Vice President
with the Investment Management Consulting Groups of both
Oppenheimer and Smith Barney. His experience also includes seven
years with a New York-based proxy solicitor and merger
strategist, where he developed and ran a division providing
defense strategy and investor relations, consulting Fortune 1000
companies. Mr. Kahn earned a BA degree in Economics from Bucknell
University and an MBA degree in Finance from New York University.
