David C. Bupp

David C. Bupp has served as President and a Director of Neoprobe Corporation since August 1992 and as Chief Executive Officer since February 1998. From August 1992 to May 1993, Mr. Bupp served as the company’s Treasurer. In addition to the foregoing positions, from December 1991 to August 1992, he was Acting President, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer. From December 1989 to December 1991, Mr. Bupp was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. From 1982 to December 1989, Mr. Bupp was Senior Vice President, Regional Manager for AmeriTrust Company National Association, a nationally chartered bank holding company, where he was in charge of commercial banking operations throughout Central Ohio. Mr. Bupp has a B.A. degree in economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. He also completed a course of study at Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University.
