DAVID B. SCOTT is Senior Vice President Director and Senior Portfolio
Manager with Chase Investment Counsel. Prior to joining the firm in
1994, he spent five years with Virginia National Bank and over 10 years
as an analyst and portfolio manager at two independent Investment
Counseling organizations. Mr. Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst,
Chartered Investment Counselor and a member of the Richmond Society of
Financial Analysts. He earned a BA in 1977 and an MBA with Honors in
1980 from The College of William and Mary.
