David B. Hurwitz

DAVID B. HURWITZ is President & CEO of US WATS, Inc. He has over 14
years experience in the telecommunications industry, encompassing
business development, general management, and strategic sales and
marketing initiatives. Mr. Hurwitz became President & CEO in February
1999. He started with the company in December of 1996 as the Executive
Vice President of Sales and Marketing. From 1995 to 1996 he served as
the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Commonwealth Long Distance.
Prior to the position with Commonwealth, he served as Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer of InterNet Communications
Services, Inc. and as General Manager of FiberNet, Inc. from 1992 to
1995. Both InterNet and FiberNet were affiliated with one another. From
1985 to 1992 Mr. Hurwitz held sales and sales management positions with
RCI Long Distance, a subsidiary of Rochester Telephone, which became
Frontier Corporation (recently acquired by Global Crossing). Mr. Hurwitz
currently sits on the Board of Directors of Talk Visual Corporation (OTC
BB TVCP).
