David Aubuchon

David AuBuchon is a senior analyst in the Real Estate Research Group of Robert
W. Baird & Co. Inc., focusing primarily on the office/industrial and healthcare
sectors. Prior to joining Baird in 2007, he worked at A.G. Edwards for 14 years,
most recently as Group Leader of the Real Estate Group comprised of four senior
analysts with nearly 50 REITs under coverage. He specializes in the
office/industrial and healthcare sectors, but has held lead analyst
responsibility in the office, industrial, retail, commercial mortgage and
lodging sectors throughout his career. He received a BS degree in Finance from
Missouri State University and an MBA degree with a Finance emphasis from Saint
Louis University.
