Daryl Rudichuk

DARYL RUDICHUK is a Director in the Equity Research Department with
Scotia Capital Markets. Prior to joining the firm, he worked within the
tax group at Arthur Andersen & Company, where he was involved in tax
compliance and planning as it relates to the oil and gas industry. Mr.
Rudichuk holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of
Saskatchewan and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered
Accountants.
