Daniele M. Seitz is Vice President of Equity Research and Senior Analyst at Dudack Research Group, a division of Midwood Securities, Inc., where she covers the electric utilities and independent power producers Ms. Seitz has over 25 years of experience as a sell-side research analyst in the electric sector. For most of her career, she was the Senior Analyst responsible for the coverage of the electric utility industry at Smith Barney, now Citigroup, providing research on up to 75 stocks. At UBS Securities, in addition to the electrics, she also initiated coverage on a new sector, the independent power producers. Ms. Seitz was recognized as a top stock picker by The Wall Street Journal “All Star Team” and was twice voted one of the top industry analysts by Institutional Investor magazine. She joined Dudack Research Group after several years at Dahlman Rose, an investment boutique. A current member and former President of the Wall Street Utility Group, Ms. Seitz is often quoted in Bloomberg, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal for her views on the sector. She holds degrees in engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and finance from Iona College.Hugh Wynne is a Senior Research Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., LLC, where he covers the U.S. power industry. Before joining Bernstein in 2001, he was Vice President of Finance for ABB Energy Ventures, an independent power producer, and a member of the ABB Group, where he was responsible for financing the construction and acquisition of power generation and transmission projects in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Previously, Mr. Wynne was a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers’ investment banking department, where he advised independent power producers on the non-recourse financing of new generation projects, international utility companies on both debt and equity financing, and developing country governments on the privatization of state-owned telecom and energy companies. He graduated from Harvard College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and earned his master’s degree in economics from Stanford University.Maurice E. May is an Equity Analyst at Power Insights-Soleil. Mr. May has followed electric and gas utilities for three decades with the following firms: Alex. Brown & Sons, Ferris Baker Watts, Gardner & Preston Moss/INVESCO and Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co.
