Daniel P. Sharkey

DANIEL P. SHARKEY is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Treasurer of ATMI, Inc. He joined ATMI in April 1990. As ATMI’s CFO, Mr.
Sharkey is responsible for planning ATMI’s financing strategies and
managing ATMI’s overall financial health. Before joining ATMI, he was
Vice President, Finance for Adage, Inc., a publicly traded computer
graphics manufacturer, from 1987-1990. From 1983-1987, Mr. Sharkey was
Corporate Controller for CGX Corporation, a venture capital-backed,
privately held computer graphics manufacturer that merged with Adage,
Inc., in 1987. From 1978 to 1983, he worked as a Certified Public
Accountant in the Boston office of KPMG Peat Marwick. He holds a BA in
Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross in
Worcester, Massachusetts.
