Daniel G. Blanchard

DANIEL G. BLANCHARD has been Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Tom Brown, Inc., since 1999. He has been employed
in the oil industry since 1982. Prior to joining Tom Brown he was
employed by Gulf Canada Resources Ltd., Forest Oil Corp., and Nicor Oil
and Gas Corp., in a variety of financial positions. Mr. Blanchard has a
BS in Business Administration, concentrating on Accounting, from
Colorado State University.
