Dana M. Cluckey

DANA M. CLUCKEY is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Republic Bancorp Inc. Since joining Republic in 1986, Mr. Cluckey
has served in the positions of Cashier, Controller, Chief
Financial Officer, Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer. He is a
member of the Board of Directors of Republic Bancorp Inc. and
Republic Bank. Mr. Cluckey is a CPA and has a BBA degree from The
University of Michigan.
