Cynthia J. Morgenstern

CYNTHIA J. MORGENSTERN is Executive Vice President of Monmouth Real
Estate Investment Corporation, where she also serves on the Board of
Directors. She joined the company in January 2001, initially serving in
the capacity of Vice President. Before her association with Monmouth
Real Estate Investment Corporation, Ms. Morgenstern was a Vice President
in the Commercial Real Estate Department of Summitt Bank. Previously,
Ms. Morgenstern was affiliated with Fleet Bank (formerly NatWest Bank,
N.A.). She began her career as a commercial and real estate credit
analyst at Midlantic Bank. Ms. Morgenstern received a Master of Business
Administration degree from Monmouth University in 2000. She is a 1991
graduate of Lafayette College, having majored in English. She earned a
certificate from Monmouth University Commercial Real Estate Institute,
and was awarded a scholarship from the Industrial and Commercial Real
Estate Women of New Jersey.
