Alissa Corcoran, CFA, is the Director of Research and analyst covering the health care as well as metals and mining sectors for Kopernik Global Investors, LLC. Previously, she was an analyst for Vinik Asset Management. Earlier, she worked as a research associate for a genetics lab and for various nonprofit organizations. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Bates College and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
