Colman Cheng

COLMAN CHENG, Chief Financial Officer of China Nutrifruit Group Limited, has
over 14 years of auditing, accounting and financial management experience at Big
Four accounting firms. He was also a former Investment Manager at KAB Asia
Limited. Mr. Cheng received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Edith Cowan
University in Australia and is an associate member of both the Hong Kong
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia.
