Clive A. Gillmore

CLIVE A. GILLMORE is a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager with
Delaware International in London. A graduate of the University of
Warwick, he was one of the founding members of the firm in 1990. Mr.
Gillmore has experience at managing a range of mandates including core
EAFE, emerging markets, small cap and regional. His research focus has
and continues to be the Southern Hemisphere markets. Mr. Gillmore has
been the portfolio manager of the Delaware International equity fund
since its inception. In total, he has 17 years of investment experience.
