CLAY W. HAMLIN III is a Trustee and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate
Office Properties Trust. Mr. Hamlin has been active in the real estate
business for 25 years. He is an Attorney, a CPA and holds an MBA from
The Wharton School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the
University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hamlin served as a Lieutenant J.G. in
the United States Navy, and is active in many professional and
charitable organizations.
