CHRISTOF HEIDELBERGER, Founder & CTO has long been one of the most
respected electronic systems designers in the media technology
industries. Prior to co-founding BridgeCo, he was VP, new technology and
VP, hardware development at Schmid Telecom, Zurich, responsible for
developing Schmid’s industry-leading DSL modems and ICS communication
system for air traffic control. He established Heidelberger Engineering
in 1993 to design equipment and systems for professional audio. Among
its many projects are Apogee Electronics’ award-winning filters,
Goldmund’s digital audio products, and the digital signal processing
system for the Wembley Arena Stadium in London. He has also held
engineering management positions at Electro-Voice (Buchanan, MI, USA)
and Soundcraft Electronics (London, UK).
