Charles M. White

Charles M. White, Vice Chairman and Portfolio Strategist at
Avatar Investors Associates, heads both the Stock Selection
Committee and the Fixed Income Selection Committee. Prior to
joining Avatar in 1988, he was the Assistant City Auditor for the
city of Boston, where he selected managers and restructured
allocations for the city’s retirement fund. He is a frequent
speaker at money management seminars and appears regularly on
financial news networks. He received his Bachelor’s degree in
Finance and Economics, and a Master’s degree in Public Management
and Finance from Boston University’s School of Management.
