Charles L. Smith

CHARLES L. SMITH is President and Chief Executive Officer of
ThermoView Industries, Inc. He has served as CEO since January
2001, implementing a successful streamlining and restructuring
program that has resulted in reduced overhead, greater operating
efficiencies and positive cash flow. Mr. Smith is also a Director
of ThermoView. He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer, and
prior to that, Vice President-Manufacturing Operations. Mr. Smith
founded a replacement window company, Primax Window Co., in 1982
and was President of the company until he sold the enterprise to
ThermoView. Mr. Smith, a native of Dayton, Ohio, grew up in the
home improvement business, gaining experience in his father’s
company. Mr. Smith is also Founder and President of Bee Line
Courier Service, a courier service based in Louisville, Kentucky.
