Bruce Chalmers

Bruce Chalmers was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Milacron Holdings Corp. in November 2014, and prior to that, he was the company’s Vice President, Finance since January 2014. He also heads Milacron’s finance and shared service function. Mr. Chalmers has over 20 years of experience in finance. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of MetoKote Corporation, Inc., from 2012 until 2014. Prior to that, he served as a managing director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their transaction services practice from 2006 until 2012. Mr. Chalmers was a managing director at Stout Causey Capital from 2005 until 2006. He held various positions in finance at Millennium Chemicals from 1997 until 2005. He started his career in finance at Ernst & Young. Mr. Chalmers received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Drexel University.
