Carter W. Driscoll

CARTER W. DRISCOLL, IRG Senior Analyst, technology, was formerly an
equity analyst at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey (FBR), where he co-covered
communications semiconductors and intellectual property. Prior to FBR,
he was an associate analyst at Kaufman Bros., LP, co-covering
semiconductors and broadband content delivery. He received a BA from
Hamilton College, an MBA from the University of Rochester’s William E.
Simon Graduate School of Business Administration and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst. His broad technology industry experience, ability to
identify company-specific drivers and recognize sector trends support

market niches, drives adoption rates, lowers operational costs and/or
