Carolyn Rains

CAROLYN RAINS is a Portfolio Manager for Victory Capital Management. She
has been with the firm or its affiliate since 1998, and assists in the
management of Victory Diversified Stock Fund, Victory Real Estate Fund,
several of the collective funds and individual portfolios. Prior to her
tenure with the firm, Ms. Rains served as a research associate for
McDonald Investments and assistant manager for Credit Risk Management
for Chase Manhattan Bank. She earned a BS degree in Business
Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA degree
from Cleveland State University. Ms. Rains is a Chartered Financial
Analyst Candidate.
