Carl Yeung

CARL YEUNG is the Chief Financial Officer of ATA Corp. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Yeung worked as an Analyst and Associate at Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Yeung is an independent Non-Executive Director at China Natural Gas, Inc., and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with concentrations in finance and operations management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in applied science with a concentration in systems engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, University of Pennsylvania.
