Carl W. Hull

CARL W. HULL is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of
Applied Imaging Corp. He joined the company as Vice President of
Worldwide Marketing in August 1997 and in September 1999 he was
appointed President and Chief Operating Officer. In May 2000, Mr. Hull
was elected Director of Applied Imaging and in January 2001, he was
appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the
company, Mr. Hull served as Vice President of Marketing and Business
Development for Ventana Medical Systems from May 1996 to June 1997. From
1982 to 1996, Mr. Hull served in various marketing and sales management
positions at Abbott Laboratories, including assignments in Puerto Rico
and Hong Kong with responsibility for international commercial
operations. Mr. Hull received his MBA from the University of Chicago and
a BA in Political Science and International Relations at The Johns
Hopkins University.
