CARL LAWRENCE is President and Founder of Warwick Capital Management
Inc. Educated at New York University, he was previously Senior Vice
President and Director of Portfolio Management at Yamaichi Capital
Management and Sumitomo Life America. He is also a member of the
Financial Analysts Federation, a past member of the Presidents
Association, and a registered investment advisor. Over the past seven
years, Mr. Lawrence has achieved an average annual return of over 25%, a
44% in 1999, and a 15% return in the first quarter of 2000, placing him
among the top 1% of money managers. He is married and his interests
include music, travel and the theatre.
