Carl L. Chapman

Carl L. Chapman was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Vectren Corp. in June 2010. He has served on the board of Vectren since 2009. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Vectren. Mr. Chapman has also served in various other leadership roles at the company. He began his career in the energy industry in 1985 with Indiana Gas Company, where he served in a number of roles. Mr. Chapman received a B.A. in accounting, graduating summa cum laude from Ball State University in 1977. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, remaining there until joining Indiana Gas.
