C. Mark Heaselden

C. MARK HEASELDEN is Senior Vice President and Director of Equity
Research at Associated Banc Corporation. He joined the firm in
1996. Mr. Heaselden’s prior experience includes more than 10
years in the investment industry. He co-manages the Associated
Common Stock Fund, Associated Equity Income Fund, the Associated
Core Equity Portfolio (ACE) and the Associated Managed Value
Portfolio (MVP). Mr. Heaselden earned the designation of
Chartered Financial Analyst. Prior to joining Associated, he was
a partner in a business valuation and consulting business in
Madison, Wisconsin.
