Brian Tunick

BRIAN TUNICK, an Associate Director of Bear, Stearns & Co., has been
following the retail sector for the past five years. His coverage
universe is focused on small cap retailers, particularly the $155
billion teen specialty retail market. He has twice been part of the team
that has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal for earnings
accuracy in its annual All-Star Analyst contest. In addition to his
appearances on CNBC, CNNfn and Bloomberg Television, Mr. Tunick is
frequently quoted in industry publications such as The Wall Street
Journal, Forbes.com, BusinessWeek Online, Women’s Wear Daily, DNR, and
Chain Store Age. Prior to joining the firm in 1996, he worked at
Blackford Institutional Securities, where he was an equity research
assistant following specialty hard-line retailers. Mr. Tunick has a BSBA
in Finance from the Kogod School of Business at The American University.
