Brian S. Bean

BRIAN S. BEAN is a Managing Director and Head of Technology Banking at
BancBoston Robertson Stephens where he is responsible for the
development and execution of corporate finance transactions, including
public and private placements of equity, convertible securities and
debt. In addition, he is responsible for financial advisory assignments
including mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Bean was associated
with Pacific Holding Corporation, Kidder Peabody, Morgan Stanley,
Goldman Sachs and Barclays National Merchant Bank in Johannesburg. Mr.
Bean received his Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biochemistry and
Biophysics from Pomona College and his MBA degree from Stanford
University’s Graduate School of Business.
