Brian F. Kowalchyk

BRIAN F. KOWALCHYK covers the diagnostic testing sector. Prior to
joining SWS Securities, he was a Vice President with Bank of
America in the commercial lending group focusing on mid-market
corporate and real estate turnaround situations. Additionally,
Mr. Kowalchyk has held various positions in merchant banking and
financial services firms, concentrating on private equity and
structured finance transactions. He graduated cum laude from The
University of North Texas in 1989 and is currently a member of
the Dallas Society of Financial Analysts and the Association for
Investment Management and Research. Mr. Kowalchyk was awarded the
Chartered Financial Analyst designation in the fall of 2000.
