Ita Brennan

Ita Brennan is Arista Networks, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer. She brings over two decades of financial management expertise in the high-technology industry. Prior to joining Arista, she served as CFO of a stealth startup firm in the energy sector. She previously had an eight-year career at Infinera Corporation (NASDAQ:INFN), an intelligent transport networking company, most recently as CFO from July 2010 to February 2014, and Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from July 2006 to July 2010. From 1997 to 2006, she held various roles at Maxtor Corporation, a multibillion-dollar information storage solutions company, including Vice President of Finance for the company’s Worldwide Operations. Ms. Brennan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a public accounting alumna of Deloitte and Touche, having worked at the firm in both Ireland and the U.S.
