Bradley J. Carver

BRADLEY J. CARVER, Chief Executive Officer of GlycoGenesys, Inc., since
June 2000, has been President and Treasurer and a member of the Board of
Directors of the company since March 1995 and has been the President,
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and a member of the Board of
Directors of IGG since February 1993. Mr. Carver is a Class III Director
whose term expires in 2004. Mr. Carver received a Bachelor of Arts
degree in management from Michigan State University in 1983.
