Brad Skinner

BRAD SKINNER, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations of Grupo
TMM, has worked for the Chairman of TMM in various capacities
since 1994. He initially managed various land transportation
activities at TMM, including ports, trucking, logistical
facilities, and the Tex-Mex Railroad. In 1995 and 1996 he led the
project to acquire TFM and was a part of the TFM management team
through December 1998. Mr. Skinner left the company in 1999 but
returned in 2000 to assist the Chairman and President of TMM in
the areas of strategic development and investor relations.
