Bill Biggar

Bill Biggar is President and CEO of North American Palladium Ltd., one of North
America’s largest producers of platinum group metals and nickel. He has
extensive experience in a broad range of other industries, including mining. Mr.
Biggar previously held senior positions with Barrick Gold Corporation, Horsham
Corporation and Magna International. He has over 12 years’ experience as an
investment banker and private equity investor. He joined North American
Palladium in October 2008 with a mandate to grow the company into a diversified
precious metals producer with multiple mines in mining friendly jurisdictions.
