Big Yellow Group Plc

Big Yellow Group Plc is a UK based self storage operator, which was
formed in October 1998, by the management of Edge Properties Plc, a
previously publicly listed property company which was sold in 1998.
Since formation the Group has grown to 18 stores, nine of which are now
trading and the remainder are in planning or construction phase. The
Group has ambitions to grow to 50 stores committed, by 2003, and to
assist this expansion Big Yellow listed on AIM in May 2000,
simultaneously raising GBP40 million of new equity which capitalises the
Group at approximately GBP125 million.
