Bernard F. McGinn, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer of McGinn Investment Management, Inc., and is responsible for all investment decisions relating to the large-cap value strategy. He began his 30-year career with Merrill Lynch, and later Kidder Peabody. Mr. McGinn founded McGinn Investment Management in 1991. He received his B.A. in political science from the University of Maryland and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the adjunct faculty at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and Visiting Professor of finance at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Mr. McGinn is a member of the Washington Society of Investment Analysts.
