Michael S. Beall, CFA, is Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee at Davenport & Company LLC. He has a B.A. and M.S. in accounting from University of Virginia. He has been at Davenport for 35 years and also serves on the company’s board of directors. Prior to joining Davenport, he worked as an auditor.
