Barry S. Logan

BARRY S. LOGAN is Senior Vice President of Watsco. He joined the company
as Controller in 1992, served as Treasurer from 1994 to 1997 and as CFO
from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Logan is manages the company’s financial
functions, acquisition activities, investor relations and participates
in overall corporate strategy.
