Arnon Tiberg

ARNON TIBERG has been the President and Chief Executive Officer since
1996. Mr. Tiberg has served as director of Delta Galil from 1990 until
becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 1996. He is presently a director
of Union Bank of Israel Ltd., Nilit Ltd., Olivetti Israel, Regent Ltd.
and Kali Insurance Agency. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Tiberg was President
and Chief Executive Officer of Mediterranean Car Agency Ltd., an
automobile importing company.
