Andrew Rivkin

ANDREW RIVKIN is President, CEO and Director of CryptoLogic, Inc. Mr.
Rivkin co-founded CryptoLogic, Inc. in February 1995 to develop Internet
security software according to design principles established by him and
his brother Mark. Mr. Rivkin has significant Internet software expertise
in the areas of communications, security and distributed system design.
Previously, he was President of Minds/Matter, a computer consulting firm
specializing in network business systems.
