Amy M. Hogan

AMY M. HOGAN is Managing Director at BlackRock, Inc. She is a Senior
Portfolio Manager and a member of the domestic equity growth team. Ms.
Hogan is the Lead Manager on the mid-cap growth product, where she
oversees the investment management and research process. She also serves
as a co-Manager on the small cap growth product. Prior to joining
BlackRock in 1999, Ms. Hogan was a Managing Director at Columbus Circle
Investors since June 1986. During her tenure with Columbus Circle, Ms.
Hogan contributed to the success of several firm products, ultimately
serving as the dedicated Mid-cap Portfolio Manager from October 1995 to
June 1999. Under Ms. Hogan’s management, the mid-cap growth product had
first quartile performance for one- and three-year periods ending March
31, 1999 and earned a four-star Morningstar rating. She earned a BBA
degree in 1984 and an MBA degree in conjunction with the Applied
Securities Analysis Program in 1986, both from the University of
Wisconsin. Ms. Hogan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of
the New York Society of Security Analysts.
