Allen J. Ashcroft

ALLEN J. ASHCROFT, JR is a Principal of AIA and co-Manager, with Mr.
Randall, of the Blue Chip Equity Portfolio and Manager of the Equity
Income Portfolio. Prior to joining AIA, he was an Equity Analyst and
Portfolio Manager for McGlinn Capital Management, Wyomissing,
Pennsylvania, for 12 years. Mr. Ashcroft has more than 18 years of
experience in investment research and equity analysis.
