Alexander M. Cutler

Alexander M. Cutler is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton
Corporation, a $15.4 billion diversified industrial manufacturer. Mr. Cutler was
President and Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to August 2000. He began his
career as a Financial Analyst in 1975 with Cutler-Hammer, which Eaton acquired.
Mr. Cutler is a board member of DuPont, KeyCorp, the Greater Cleveland
Partnership and United Way Services of Greater Cleveland. He’s on the Business
Roundtable’s executive committee and chairs its Corporate Leadership Initiative.
Mr. Cutler also belongs to The Business Council.
