Alex Friedman

ALEX FRIEDMAN is an M&A investment banker at Lazard Freres and US
Coordinator of the Financial Sponsor Group. Prior to Lazard, he ran
corporate development at Medarex Inc., a leading public biotechnology
company. Mr. Friedman served as a White House Fellow in the Clinton
Administration and also as Assistant to the US Secretary of Defense. He
holds a JD from Columbia Law School, an MBA from Columbia Business
School and a BA from Princeton.
