Adam Wasserman

ADAM WASSERMAN joined Gold Horse International, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer
in July 2007. He has been CEO of CFO Oncall, Inc., since 1999. Mr. Wasserman has
also served as the CFO of Transax International Limited, Lotus Pharmaceuticals,
Inc., and China Wind Systems, Inc. He is a CPA (New York) and a graduate of the
State University of New York at Albany.
