SKIP (EDMUND) CARPENTER is in the Equity Research Department of Credit
Suisse First Boston, covering the beverage industry. He worked at
Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) as a Vice President and Equities
Research Analyst covering the global beverage industry from 1996 to the
merger with CSFB in October 2000. Initially at DLJ Mr. Carpenter was a
Research Associate in the personal care and household products
industries, as well as in the metals and mining sector. From 1995
through 1998, he also provided coverage of the packaging industry,
receiving honorable mention awards for that research in the 1996 and
1997 Institutional Investor surveys. Mr. Carpenter earned his BA degree
