ROBIN SHOEMAKER is an Equipment Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr.
Shoemaker had a 13-year career in equity research at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Shoemaker was a runner-up on Institutional Investor's All-America
Research Team from 1990-1992. He was listed in the Wall Street Journal's
1993 and 1996 surveys of all-star analyst. He has served as President of
the Oil Analyst Group of New York and is a member of the National
Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts. Mr. Shoemaker received a
BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MA and PhD from the

KEVIN SIMPSON joined Merrill Lynch in January 1993 as the Senior Oil
Services and Equipment Analyst and has been covering the industry for
over 20 years. Before joining Merrill, Mr. Simpson spent three years at
Schroders and previously led Drexel Burnham Lambert's oil services
research team. He has been an Institutional Investor-ranked analyst 18
times. In 2000, Mr. Simpson was named one of the 'Best on the Street'
analysts by the Wall Street Journal survey for earnings estimate
accuracy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the
University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr.

Justin Tugman is a Portfolio Manager for Perkins Investment Management responsible for co-managing the Perkins Small Cap Value and Perkins Mid Cap Value strategies. He has co-managed the Small Cap Value strategy since March 2009 and the Mid Cap Value strategy since March 2015. Mr. Tugman served as a research analyst covering the energy and utility sectors upon joining Perkins in June 2004 through December 2012. Prior to joining Perkins, Mr. Tugman worked at Simmons & Company International as an analyst covering the energy sector during his four-year tenure at the firm. Mr. Tugman received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Wyoming and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Tulane University. G. ALLEN BROOKS is Executive Director of Oilfield Service Industry
Research at CIBC World Markets. He joined Oppenheimer & Company in March
1997 in Houston to head up the firm's oilfield service research efforts.
That franchise was expanded globally when Oppenheimer was acquired by
CIBC in November 1997. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, Mr. Brooks was a
Senior Vice President heading up the oil service industry research
effort of Howard Weil. Prior to joining Howard Weil, he was a member of
the senior management team at ENSCO International Incorporated, a
Dallas-based international offshore contract drilling company. From 1969
through 1990, he worked as an oil service research analyst for several
investment firms in Houston. From 1982 through 1988, he had a management
consulting business, which provided market and financial research and
litigation and bankruptcy support to offshore oil service companies and
lenders to this industry. He is a graduate of The University of
Connecticut with a BA in Economics. He holds a Master of Science degree
in Economics from Cornell University. He was awarded the designation of
