WILLIAM B. BANNICK joined Cadence Capital Management in 1992 and
currently serves as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager.
During his 17 years in investment management, Mr. Bannick's experience
has taken him from coast to coast, first as a Portfolio Manager for
Trinity Investment Management Corp. and then for George D. Bjurman &
Associates. Prior to that time, he worked in Business Planning and
Analysis, Project Management and Marketing Development for a number of
energy companies, including Gary Energy Corporation, Gulf Oil
Corporation and Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation. Mr. Bannick
earned a BS in Physics from the University of Massachusetts in 1970 and
an MBA in Finance from Boston University in 1975. He became a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1989 and is licensed for NASD Series 63 and

WAYNE A. WICKER joined Cadence Capital Management in January 1998. He
was promoted to Managing Director in March 2000, and currently serves as
a Senior Portfolio Manager and research generalist. Prior to joining the
firm, Mr. Wicker was Director of Investment Strategy at Howard Hughes
Medical Institute, Manager and then Director of Employee Benefits at
Dayton Hudson Corporation and Financial Analyst at IDS Financial
Services (now American Express Financial Advisors). He has 21 years
investment experience. Mr. Wicker earned a BA in Business Administration
from Michigan State University as well as a BA in Communications from
the University of Washington. He received an MBA in Finance from the
University of Washington in 1984 and became a Chartered Financial
